Today, with 95% of its surrounding land protected as National Park and no major industries using it for runoff, the Clyde remains one of Australia’s last undammed major rivers — a haven of natural purity. Oysters Unplugged offers a fresh and unforgettable way to enjoy some of the nation’s finest produce. Grown over a four-year cycle, our succulent, salty oysters are carefully harvested from the pristine waters of the Clyde River and delivered straight to your event. Equipped with custom-made belts, our skilled team roams from guest to guest, shucking oysters on the spot and serving them fresh, still bathed in their natural juices. From farm, to hand, to mouth — we bypass the kitchen to offer the purest oyster experience, letting guests witness the art of shucking up close. Add some sturgeon caviar, champagne and you’ve got a uniquely indulgent experience like no other.

Our oysters come from one of Australia’s purest waterways, where generations of dedicated farmers have nurtured Sydney Rock Oysters of exceptional quality. But what makes our experience unforgettable isn’t just the oyster, it’s the way we serve it.
Instead of hiding in a kitchen, our team moves through your event wearing custom-designed shucking belts, opening oysters right in front of your guests.
